Leap Year Snack

Today is Muffin Tin Monday and I actually was thinking of doing a Dr. Seuss lunch but then I remembered that Wednesday is Leap Day and I wanted to do a lunch for that and I could move Alex's Seuss lunch until next week. We love Dr. Seuss but since Leap Year only happens every 4 years I thought this was a great chance to talk about it with Alex.

So here is the lunch I made:

A frog made of Granny Smith apples green grapes with chocolate chip eyes
Lilly-pads made of American cheese....and I wouldn't want green cheese because that would mean it's moldy!
And a little pond made of yogurt with blue food coloring

Oh and a "29" for the day...but if you look closely it's really a backwards 5 and an upside down 6...because wouldn't you know it that the two numbers I couldn't find in my cutters happened to be those two. So I made due!
