It's Muffin Tin Monday!
I wasn't sure that I was going to make a muffin tin lunch today because Alex asked me to make one around 12:00 and earlier that morning we had friends over to make gingerbread houses and I was positive she wouldn't be hungry since as she was making the house she was eating candy too. But I made her one and she finished the whole thing! I was very surprised! Maybe it was that I gave her another Christmas themed lunch. Here is what she had today:
Top Left: Christmas lights (cherries and grapes), Reindeer food (Chex), North Pole Snow (a peppermint meringue cookie)
Bottom Left: Christmas Tree Quesadilla, Rudolph's Nose (pepperoni), Gingerbread Man Quesadilla and of course Milk in her Santa cup!
And she ate every last bit!

I love the creative names you came up with for things! The grapes as "Christmas Lights" Brilliant! I'm trying to find ideas for my daughter's lunch today... wishing I had some grapes... hmm- maybe blueberries!
Thank you! It's funny - give everyday food a new name or put it on a stick and it gets eaten! Haha. Maybe I should try broccoli and green beans on a stick......
Hi! I found you at Muffin Tin Meals and will now follow. There is also a weekly meme at Bento Blog Network. Each week has a theme and submissions are taken through Tuesday. This MTM would be perfect for this week's December Holiday's theme. Hope you come on over!!
Hi Diana - I did submit my muffin tin lunch at the Bento Blog Network - thanks for the idea!
